National Tai Chi and Qigong Day in the Park

Hello Qi People,

Next Sunday, 28th June 2009 is National Tai Chi in the Park Day, where Tai Chi and Qigong groups all over the UK are going outside to practice and raise public awareness of Tai Chi and Qigong.

We are taking advantage of this by holding our own 'Qigong in the Park Day' at Gatley Hill House.

The Dr Hu Revision Workshop will continue to meet, but in an informal way.

We will be practising different forms on the lawn outside Gatley Hill House.

Beginners, advanced, never done it before - doesn't matter - just come along. Bring your own refreshments.

All are welcome.

Friends, partners and children are invited to come and participate or watch.

Bring a picnic and relax in the pleasant surroundings.

Invite your Qigong or Tai Chi class.

In the event of rain we will be able to use the halls inside Gatley Hill House as usual.
